Can we remove Vladimir E>Flash? Perhaps Galio E>flash to?

EDIT GALIO W FLASH*

There are so many flash combos which got removed

Renekton E>flash (The removal of this happend recently and it was never mentioned in patch notes, Very small% of high elo renektons knew about it) Thresh Q>flash

As far as I am concerned Vladimir E>flash is more unhealthy then thresh Q>Flash

Galio W flash is also unhealthy and he ll be complicated to balance between Soloq, and compettetive because in compettetive all Galio ll do is W >flash and break teamfights. IT is extremly hard to mess that up and there is very lil counterplay around it besides dont be within 1100 range of galio

Galio would need compensation somewhere obviously

Note I clocked many hours playing Vladimir myself. I just dont think this champion should ever access that ammount of burst, given that he is sustained damage healing champion (We might aswell classify vladimir as Ranged juggernaut ...)

Galio isn't that bad, getting caught in it is a dangerous situation yes, but scattering your team a bit should do the trick in team fights, and force Galio to do something else.

Vlad with Rylai's and the AoE range with the damage is something nasty tho lol

Vladimir's E is a charged ability. You can flash while charging any ability of that type. Like Vi and Varus' Qs.

Yeah but those are skillshots and can be dodged, you can't sidestep Vlad's E

And this is relevant reply because? It shouldnt be a charged ability then, Change it to channel then (or to whatever it should be changed to that we can remove E>Flash)

I do understand your concern on charges working with flash for all champions but that just means that vlad e shouldnt be a charge-ability

Galio W > Flash is more toxic because it gets followed up by his QE auto and ends up CC lock one shoting a target. Just scatter your team is slightly to strict specially given how hard they have to scatter

You want to scatter your team against amumu. Not against global presence, pokewaveclear gargoyle champion he cant have all the strenghts

E flash > E > R(should be used before e reaches) > Q > Proto if you have it > is silly oneshot which can be done any time vlad e is on cooldown and enemy within 1000 range

Also rylai vladimir is sort of in the past ... he has like 4-5 better items
