Acceptable amount of deaths in Lane

What is your idea of acceptable amounts in laning phase? For me its three. So if you're 0/3 hey not good but we can make it work. Likewise if you're 1/4 still not good but we can make it work. 0/5 on the other hand? Why should that ever really happen?

Depends how spread apart they are. If its 2-3 across 10 minutes, Thats reasonable. If its 5 deaths in 6 minutes, your doing something wrong.

Anytime I see someone fail a towerdive kill before, say, ten minutes, I kill a puppy.

Not one of mine, any puppy will do.

Nobody is tanky enough for that after just first B. Not at Bronze.

To answer OP's question, yeah, 3's fine, but dear lord please not against an Akali or Kat. And if you feed her and don't ping MIA-

Dead puppies everywhere.

Though in the same vein, I will say gj and honor teamwork anyone who gives a carry ZERO kills in laning phase, even if they don't get kills themselves. That's a goddamn unsung hero right there.

about 3 is manageable but it really depends on how early or late into laning phase it is. i mean i see 3 deaths in 5 mins a lot more often then i would like to.

2 to 3 until laning ends and teamfights happen, so around 14-20 mins in.

Total, so this means that bot lane should be at 1 each, not having an enemy ADC who is 5/0.

Depends on what you've been doing or if you've gotten anything for those deaths.

Died to get that tower? Fair enough.

Died peeling for the carry in a teamfight? Fair enough.

Died towerdiving to get that kill? No. It's usually not worth dying to get a kill.

You should generally avoid having more than 2-3 (ideally zero).

However, if every lane is losing and the enemies are all fed, then there's probably nothing you can do to stop yourself dying more and more.

It really depends on what you got for the deaths, as well as how long the lanning phase lasts. Also the Elo of your opponents, a higher ranked player will often push their advantages harder.

But from personal experience, 3 kills in 10 minutes with 0 deaths is pretty much the point of no return on any kill-based champion (fighter, assassin, mage, marksman). Their lane opponent no longer has the capacity to stop them, and need a team-wide effort to prevent the juggernaut they've created.

However - going 3 kills and 3 deaths is no real ground being won or lost, making 3 deaths vs. 3 deaths extremely different based on the circumstance.

Ultimately, it's more about the proportional difference in power that's created from the gold/experience disparity that makes giving kills sting. And if you give up a Giant's Belt/B.F.Sword/Needlessly Large Rod when you're just rocking a Doran's Shield/Blade/Ring, you're not going to have a good time.

Anyways - I'd say being down ~2 deaths over your opponent's is acceptable.

Acceptable number of deaths for ALL game is 0-4. Why the heck you would die in lane if you arent an imbecile? 1-2 deaths go for being outplayed or making a mistake and 2-3 are necessary sacrifices.

Depends on the match up and how often the jungler ganks.

Natural advantage lane? - 2 (Ideally because of jungler focusing your lane) Even lane? - 3 (1 to a gank, 2 to an outplay) Natural disadvantage lane? 4 (2 to lane pressure, 1 to outplay, 1 to snowballed against)

This is first 15~ minutes. Shit happens even in your most advantageous lane match ups.

It's funny because how many games in Silver elo I get blamed for the loss yet I was either even or ahead in lane until every other lane shows up in mine. Meanwhile my team is busy fapping in the jungle instead of pushing, taking objectives, or defending. "BUT MEH FARM" Yeah well I have 4 people in my lane and they aren't taking the tower right now. Do something for the love of god. Idc if you farmed bad laning phase do something to punish the enemy. And eventually I lose the war of attrition because 3-4 people can out sustain 1 easily and dive them and meanwhile my team is still doing whatever and start to die repeatedly trying to keep the base alive while they try and "get to late game" when the enemy team is trying to end the game.

Ends up with nearly double deaths than kills which is pretty decent for holding off 3 or more people by yourself. And then there's always the people that are start saying you fed them when their 10/0 lane comes strolling into your lane with 3 full items to your 1 and a half and expects you to live. And you can't help but want to scream at them that they fed their lane and now you can't deal with them, but you have to just sit there and stay calm and try to hopefully out carry the fed person with less gold.
