The twin bite buff is appreciated but why try and buff her jungle play? She never found success as a jungler. No one wants a farm heavy jungler with no CC.

IMO riot should be trying to focus on her top lane gameplay. I personally found her way more fun to play toplane than i ever did in jungle from before her FoTM up til now. With solo lane farm she could get the gold she needed to be relevant in early dragon fights and skirmishes as well as having the speed to move around the map.

She unfortunately doesn't have any skill based gameplay outside of one skillshot that has good missile speed and decent width. This keeps her trapped in a perpetual state of either being impossible to fight when her damage is high or a joke when her damage is low.

It will probably never happen but i would love to see a partial kit rework for her Q and E. Her W to me is a very defining part of her gameplay and i would like to see it preserved.

Just wanted to get an idea of what the forums think about her nowadays. If you wouldnt mind voting and throwing in your opinions on what parts of her kit that you like vs what parts of her kit you find oppressive/anti fun.

I've been kicking around my own ideas of different kinds of shields based around her dragon scales or dragon shouts but nothing concrete enough to put together.

It's just my opinion, but I don't think direct jungle buffs should ever be on a champion, because now they have a very niche strength that their kit has to balance around. Down the road they're going to find that this buff makes her jungling really good and her base kit makes her fighting really really good, so now they have to nerf her and they're not going to get rid of the jungle buff. They're going to nerf her base kit. This seems like a bad thing to me.

I just don't think champs should have a jungle stat. They should be a champ and giving them jungle items can make them a jungle champ.

I jungle her because she initiates like a truck late game, can dive Baron and Dragon pits with success. Most of the good / great jungles are late game monsters.

Riot at one point mentioned a remake concept where Shy would be weaker in human form and basically be Godzilla in dragon form.

I would love to see that happen.

Honestly, while your heart is in the right place I just can't agree with you. Shyvana was the champion who taught me to love League of Legends, and she's still who I'll take out for a round on the Rift when I'm on a losing streak because even if I do badly in a game I still have fun playing her.

It's true, she has no CC in her kit (not counting the knockup on her ult), but she can push a wave like crazy while mitigating a lot of early damage in duels. Her farm is great, and her ability to push a lane is insane, which is why she does well in the top lane. She can punish people who try to go all in by making them stand in her Burnout while tagging them with Flame Breath and shredding them with Twin Bite.

But for all those reasons I prefer her in the jungle, especially now that she's got a buff to her Burnout. Yes, she might not have CC, but with her ult up her gank potential ramps up like crazy and she makes up for a lack of CC with pure damage output and sticking power. No one likes to be stuck between a rock and a Shyvana, and being in the jungle gives you the freedom to do that. Her dueling potential is great as well, which makes her a potent counterjungler (which is also in line with Poacher's Knife being on her recommended list now.)

She isn't someone that you pick to fill out a roster when no one else has picked any CC, but if you have laners who DO have CC then you can safely pick her. An Ahri mid, a Thresh/Leona bot, a Vayne who can land her stuns, a Nasus in the top lane. There are ways to run CC-less junglers and still do well but it all comes down to what the team already has and what they need. That's usually a jungler's (or a top laner's to a lesser extent) job to fill in for. If CC is already well covered for your team, take Shyvana and capitalize on the openings granted by your team.

The half dragon is just fine the way she is.

Well that renekton/shyvana/mundo matchup was fun till it last. I still found her really intressting in the toplane tho...

She should be reworked. I love the champion kit but it's soo bad for this game

She has nothing to offer but 2 things to her teammates. DMG and Tankyness. If she does these to things too well like she did late season 3, she becomes too good at it, just running up to people and winning trades. If she doesn't it bad like she does now, she gets killed too easily not doing enough dmg. She doesn't have nothing to compensate for.

Like either rework her so that she can actually do something for the team other than DMG and Tank. It's nice but way too outdated that she can only be either good at the job or bad at it.

So, I'd like her to be what Riot wanted her to be back in Season 3, a raid boss when she is in dragon mode. So maybe make her regular human form weaker with some form of CC, a stun or a slow, or something, while her dragon form loses the CC ability but gains armor/mr/HP and becomes a raid boss
