Why can't i play solo q with a friend after the ranked reset?
How come the past season rank determines this year when both of us are CURRENTLY unranked, Pretty sure this wasn't like that ever before.

It happens all the time when I started playing I was not ranked but because I played a lot with other ranked people in norms I had got a silver rank when I started ranking
It's been like this ever since provisional ranks came out.
and thank god its like this I don't want bronze players in my plat games
