Ezreal with iceborn Q does as much damage as a fully loaded varus Q

It does at least 300 dmg more its piercing harder to dodge with a longer range

Let me explain to you why your thread makes no sense

First of all there is no way that 1 Ezreal Q pokes harder then average varus q

In average IN 90% of games Varus ll hit harder then ezreal with his q

Second of all you are comparing 2 abilities

Every ganking ability compared to Zac E looks like shit for example. You have to compare entire kits which is less dumb because you have to go into detail and it helps if champions are similar but its still sort of dumb

Now does ezreal do more dmg per game with his q over varus? Its actually likely given that it is a bit more spammable but i would say around its 50/50

Dude the thunder roar showed you the math even. Do you want to say that numbers lie

Ezreal with sheen vs no item varus 212+110% AD vs 235+160% AD

without sheen ezreal does 115+110% AD

Note sheen is stronger early game then the lategame because base dmg scales slowly however he even took into a count that the ezreal is lvl 18 with just sheen vs no item lvl 18 varus

Without commenting on the balance state of Varus or Ezreal:

Assuming Ezreal built no AP nor Sterak's

Ezreal's Q at rank 5 deals 115 + 110% AD. Iceborn deals 100% of base AD, which is 97 at level 18 for Ezreal. This gives a total of 212 + 110% AD.

Varus' fully-charged Q at rank 5 deals 235 + 160% AD.

Varus' fully-charged Q at rank 5 always deals more damage than Ezreal's rank 5 Q with Iceborn, by about 20 + 50% AD.

This does not account for the fact that Ezreal has an Iceborn while Varus has nothing, nor that Varus has more range. However, it also does not account for Ezreal's projectile being instant and having a faster travel time, while Varus has to charge and move more slowly. Ezreal's Q also has about half the cooldown.
