I don't need an excuse to play Sion support, but getting to run a Teemo over is a nice bonus.

Good advice.

I have some advice for bot-laners too: If you do want to build crit, you still can, just don't build crit as your first items.
You want to build something like this: item 1038 > item 3006 > item 3072 > item 3026 > item 3046 > item 3031

You'll still do crazy damage lategame when you complete the crit items and just let Pyke try to assassinate you through item 3072 item 3026 item 3046 in laning.

Yeah just building those 3 items needs:

you're dominating, which is hard with that build in silver/gold elo
it passed the 25-30 min mark, which happens half the time and by then it could be too late since if there's a fed enemy already has 5 items
