Sivir Spell Shield and Leona's Zenith Blade

Honestly spell shields should block Zenith Blade. Morgana's black shield stops it but not a perfectly-timed spell shield?

Currently just the damage portion is blocked. Whoo hoo. Too bad Leona's purpose is to CC and not to damage. This ability really needs counters other than "pick Morgana" since no one bans Leona and everyone bans Morg.

Her Zenith Blade has 2 parts, a brief root + damage and pulling herself to a target. Spellshields only block the damage + cc, not the pull self pull.

presumably also blocks the applying of her passive?

According to the wiki, it blocks just the damage. My Sivir seemed to me to have been rooted as well.

Morgana Black Shield blocks the whole thing.
