I think we can start talking about Azir and buffing him if Rylia gets nerf.

Rylia is getting nerf and let's not B.S here, Rylia was really the main problem about Azir and other AP champion. With Rylia getting nerf I seriously think we should bring Azir back from the dumpster.

If not them REWORK him, he was not the best design champion being that his solider did AP damage continuously that was not like Cassiopia damage but more like Victor ult but immobile with higher damage. Why was this a problem you might ask? Because if a tank build full AP he has to deal with a ADC who can auto him non stop and probably top AD, Azir can be like a ADC if you ask me since he can auto non stop like a ADC but his damage is AP which if you go tank AD Azir is practically the counter to armour tank.
