When enemy comes to lane with double dorans and 2 cloth armors after first back (or a ruby crystal). Can we buff Zed to do more damage.

No. If you're close enough do a W+R then once you reappear switch back to the W and do a Q+E ignite

try poking them down first before you ult in?

that or try buying good early game items that help him burst, Ad plus armorpen/lethality

You must be really awful player. Have you ever tried to use keyboard? That would help for sure.

As an alternative point of view, if mages are buying a second dorans and armor to deal with you, you are still being effective by nature of delaying their normal builds.

Also, I agree with the posts suggesting that you try poking them down some before going for the all in. Even if you don't kill, zoning the opponent from CS or making them back often can still give you an advantage and give you time to roam.
