this is cancer. by far the most unfair build on a champion that should not have the option to do this.

doesn't matter, neither of you die in lane and you eventually become a more relevant team fight member than he does (hopefully). sure hes got decent burst initiation, but eventually you lock him down and he dies to your teams adc.

It's not like you always need to win lane. Built right, Sion doesn't need to get close enough for him to farm.

But Sion isn't that great after laning phase. Your CC is just too unreliable, with how easily Q can be stopped with hard CC, compared to Kennen's 5 man stun. Also, you're slow.

Get ganks. FF under/by tower, call for jungler ganks, use cc to lock him down for jungler, kill him. Repeat as needed, snowball. Or... don't pick a tank into kennen; don't pick a champ you are uncomfortable blind picking if you don't know who your lane opponent is.
