Could Fiora's rework be a blueprint for Riven and Jax changes?

Say what you will about her damage, but Fiora's new kit adds a whole new level of skill in fighting opponents. It really shows off her identity of being a skilled and graceful fighter who shows off how she's the best. For fighters who have a huge emphasis on fighting others, what if we applied similar ideas to them?

Jax is more a brawler than Fiora. Even though his lore is outdated, I imagine that they'll keep his lamppost. It's one of his most iconic features. What if they add that to his gameplay? An actual item, like Viktor's scepter, and could affect his stats? I think a theme of his kit could be encouraging people to fight him by letting down his guard. He's supposed to be the best fighter, so no matter the odds, he won't be afraid. I don't play him, so take what I say with salt. He might not even need any changes.

I've seen people complain about Riven a lot, and have suggested several nerfs and changes to her. Her Q is hard to change without causing fan backlash, but I've seen people suggest a change to her dash. She gains more of a shield when dashing to an enemy instead of away. What if they change her W to her E where if she dashes to an enemy she stuns them? Maybe they could take away the shield? Maybe both a shield and a stun? Basically a way to encourage her attacking people for utility. A part of her identity is about getting stronger to reclaim her honor, similar (not the same) to Fiora challenging people to show she's the best.

Again, I don't play these champions, so these could be terrible ideas, but better to discuss them now than to rage about Riot dropping another surprise rework.
