What I've noticed: The ADC changes completely gutted ADCs

I lose to APCs every single time. Crit ADCs will get perma poked + cc'd by two mages bot lane, and you can't do a thing about it. I hate how Riot made ADCs so weak without any warning. Maybe if they did it gradually to give us time to get used to the idea, I wouldn't be so annoyed. Instead, in one update, an entire class fell out of meta. Now, it's very common to see bruisers or APC bot. Yes, ADCs used to be OP and very overwhelming. Yes, they deserved a nerf. But this is just overboard. This is an overkill. Maybe I'm just silver, and my opinion doesn't matter, but sites such as champion.gg have all been indicating a large increase in APCs. Now, if we take into account the mage mana changes, all Riot has done is essentially shift mages out of mid and into ADC, and forcing ADCs who aren't Lucian into retirement.

Riot needs to stop hitting us with so many extreme changes in such a small time span. It feels like League is starting to become an unfamiliar, new game. Change is not always good, and it feels like Riot is desperately trying to cover up or make up for something with the new changes to the game, ever since they changed the runes. Not all the changes are bad, but within five or take two months, both junglers and ADCs have needed to relearn, or at least get used to huge changes to their roles.

Marksmen nerfs were warranted. Its nice that the class of champions with the most range and the highest damage output are less tanky naturally than shen or lee-sin.

In other games marksmen have a clear role: Siege, waveclear, and objective taking. They achieve this with a combination of AD and attack speed. In league, marksmen are the jack of trades. They have hard CC, they have soft CC, they have high range, they have high burst, they have high sustained damage, they have high sustain, they have high movement speed.

If you notice, the whole "double bruiser bot" or "AP lockdown bot" fails dramatically unless they snowball because marksmen mains are extremely slow to adapt to change.

I don't think it's the marksmen's faults for losing. Also, they don't really need to snowball. Most double bruiser bots/Mage bots just need to play safe until lvl 6, which is when they can just delete the enemy ADC. Also, it's not about people adapting. The trends show that APCs are getting played more and more. That means people are giving up on playing ADCs, and not learning how to counter APCs. I do agree that ADCs deserved a nerf, but this one was way too much. Back in S6 and S7, APCs weren't as good, and could fairly duel ADCs. No extreme advantages, no one complaining about their strength. Now, especially since most ADCs have weak early games and laning phases, mages can just harass and poke them while they farm, while maintaining their own, since that's what they were meant to do mid lane.

bro i feel ur frustration. I like the idea of having other lane in bot lane but removing adc from game was a good way to remove adc player from playing the game lol

No offence, I don't see how this is relevant. I'm talking about how Riot keeps slapping us with changes that are either drastic, or that the community is against. Examples: -ADC changes -Removal of message when pinging that you're going somewhere -Scuttle changes

Meanwhile, turrets feel like wet toilet paper and games are so snowbally, thanks to runes also being snowbally. Skarner's passive feels pretty weak, Mordekaiser has an insane amount of bugs, things are either extremely OP and get gutted into oblivion or don't exist, the list of actually viable items in shop feels extremely small, Banner of Command fiasco, the fact that games are pretty much won or lost bot lane, and how first turret gold contributes to making the game even more snowbally.
