Why is this on a 20 second cooldown?
This is a nightmare in a support lane. 20 freaking seconds for Ali to flash 400 range from the bush? That is less than the time it takes for the next wave to come.
This needs a hotfix to 60 seconds atleast.

Mega Annie X1 voteswhich means absolutely nothing early game with a red ward in the bush. You are never clearing it so you are zoned all game. Hence the 20 second cooldown

It looks like it'd be good for traversing the Jungle without the use for a Blast Cone, but almost no one uses it for that.

Probably because it requires flash to be down first. Very niche use.

It's on cooldown most of the game lol. It's not niche at all. People just don't know how to use it properly so they stick to other runes.

it's niche because there's only specific scenario where it would only be useful. Flash being on cool down most of the time doesn't change the fact it's a niche rune.
