NuNu and Jayce

I dont think im wrong in saying they need a nerf. Nunu needs his snowballs nerfed and Jayce just needs an overall nerf. i know he got a boost recently, but it was too much. its like playing against long range master yi.

In what way does Nunu need his snowballs nerfed? He's not the only person to have a perma slow, but he doesn't pack the same punch behind it that Ashe, Sej, or spam casters like Cass with item 3116 do.
