why am i getting punshied for playing mana champs when zed and riven HAVE NEVER HAD MAJOR CHANGES

riven has 3 dashes and a stun and a shiled that scales off ad there are some champions would kill you for that kind of kit. Mean while zed never has to leave lane and can farm till he has good items. but muh delay and 1 second less to burst you down under your tower. There numbers have never been adjusted.
