Yes, bot lane has all the impact No, it doesn't mean you can free int top and win
but if you pick a bruiser, it's all about botlane as long as you don't int and just serve the purpose of tanking 2-3k damage, that's all you can do to "be good"

If your team lacks a vanguard champ, divers are your next best bet for doing so.

If you don't have the gall to actually fight as a team, ending the game becomes significantly harder and defending your own objectives also increases in difficulty. I have confidence in supporting my front line teammates. If you don't have that confidence, then that's a pity for you.
If you know about these issues with picking these champs and still do so, that's your fault. I know what I can do to support these picks, at least. Me doing so isn't me lacking game knowledge. It's me having it and utilizing it.

If the toplaner doesn't pick an engager/tank it's not his fault if your team doesn't have one because, you know... you can have your jungle/support engage too.
You can't accuse someone for not picking what you want and then make them play like monkeys because you think 5v5 is the only way to play.

Yes, they jump in and I drop a Redemption on top of them and send an ult to disrupt everyone that's trying to jump on them so they won't die so easily.

That said Jungle is more of an issue for the moment then bot. But make no mistake. Both need to be knocked down a peg or 3 when it comes to how much power they get over the game and when.
