dark harvest feels too strong

any time i jungled i took dark harvest and it just dealt so much damage on all of my ganks it was hard not to take kills. its not even conditional damage, its just basically a j4 passive strike, with caps removed.

its very snowbally and IMO there needs to be a maximum limit on number of stacks, like 200. i would also look at reducing/removing the scaling of ad/ap, its already adding a straight 80 + stacks, it doesn't need more ad/ap scaling.

(also... its also guaranteed to target their weakness by converting all damage into their lowest form of resistance, even if you build full ad it can still do magic damage)
