What change in 4.18 affected Fiddlesticks?

Because his winrates at Diamond level went up a notch after 4.18 hit - from 53-54% to 55-56%. What caused this?

Now, I know that winrates are statistics, and as such object to interpretation. But still...do you have an idea what caused this?

Also, it is mainly Junglesticks - his most common summoner, currently, is Smite (besides Flash, obviously).

I guess that pro player played him and others did too and were successful? Fiddles is good but is very heavily team reliant...with the wards and all
