yea...it´s just sad Riot did not have the courage to finally address one of the most flawed mechanisms in the game (instead they make it worse and spread it around more actually).

50% isn't a good arg, since he had as much chance to do a crit as to not do a crit. But i guess that riot wants us to be good at poker rather than at league

well, this comparision is often done, but it truly just sucks. Poker averages out on a high number of hands - but each hand played is mostly just pure luck. And as snowballing is more limited in Poker overall the impact is smaller. The main point though...poker is a card game, you can´t change that and the only way to take Luck off a card game is to cheat (or playing freecell). For lol though you can just easily rewrite a little bit of code and you´re all good and competitive.

unfotrunatly it neither asks the right questions (does the game benefit from the RNG at all?) nor does it set the right premises (RNG is not a necessity for esports, so the comparision to medias that cannot go without Randomness doesnßt make sense in the first place)...
