The nerfs won't enough, he's still too strong. His R change should be reverted, his E CD increased and his Q range shortened.
He shouldn't be able to kill AD carries.
He's a trickster based champion which means he should only be able to kill low health enemies. Perhaps change his ult to something like
50 / 100 / 125 (+ 15% / +20% / 25% missing health)
Increase the CD to balance it.
AtheosisX2 votesI hate him still but I can't honestly agree that he isn't balanced more or less right now. If you are having trouble with him build some magic resist. Now that his burst is diminished without his ult he really is more annoying and challenging than hair-pullingly aggravating like he used to be.
Aaravos1 votesHe shouldn't be able to kill AD carries. Shorten his q range with 100 and incrase his e cd with 6 sec and he will be balanced. And make his ultimate to deal 50 dmg at lvl 1. Wait a moment....
