Is Jhin really this shitty now or am I doing something wrong?
Played three games now, havent been able to do any damage AT ALL. Im completely outdamaged, no matter what adc I play against.

Truly Prideful1 votesWhat runes are you running / what are you building? Jhin isn't great right now, but he's still alright if you're good with him. He feels best to play with the mage supports to me since he has good synergy with their CC.

I recommend looking up I Keep It Taco(I don't remember if that's actually they're name). They are our god and we pretty much do whatever they say is good. I think the thing right now is IE - IE - RFC - IE - Situational(armor pen, lifesteal, ect) - Boots, and for runes, its Electrocute.
