Lissandra should be able to control her passive

Aren't thralls supposed to follow their master ? I think liss needed a passive for her own sake more than for the team, she alreadh had enough utility (R W / E engages..)

the passive can be much better if lissandra players felt it belonged more to them than to their team mates

Here is my go :

The thrall appears after ennemy dies ... But when lissandra Aa's someone it walks faster towards the target and explodes. This way they wont feel so slow/ aimless, and Since in the last changes they buffed her Aa (they go faster / smoother) this would sync well Also maybe the thrall should disappear when lissandra dies ? Why sould they go around when lissandra is dead ?

Please let the thralls belong to their master
