all of her CC is dodgable. and she only has one delayed cc ability. I have no idea how that's "too much"

Zoe is fine! Fact that she still oneshots ppl after being shutdown or just supporting is not okay! Nerf base dmg buff scaling dmg ^^, just make sure Q can still farm the backline when max ranged!

Edit future zoe main :p

They could tune down the q damage in the early game and scale it better later, that way she isnt as strong early, but has a great late game.

Well... She coulda also have like summoner 3 item 3153 item 3146 item 3030 loaded up on her W as well. That said I don't really see it as excessive.

Umm, yes? It is? It's the strongest non-ulti CC in the game, by far. Combine that with her Q, which happens to be the strongest poke in the game (again, by far -- this time by a mile), and it's really, really bad. But, each of those are bad enough on their own, honestly.

And so, to answer your sarcasm with stoicism: Yes. Yes it is.

Also, just so you know: internet speak doesn't give you the "I talk cool so give me some credence," vibe. It just makes you look a jackass.
