(J4F) A second Medallion upgrade : Serpent Stone

Serpent Stone

• Recipe: Nomad's Medallion + Mana Crystal + Rejuvenation Bead + 655 Gold = 2100 Gold
• 300 Mana
• 100% base Health Regen
• 50% base Mana Regen
• 2 Gold per 10 seconds
• UNIQUE Passive: +10 Movement Speed. This amount is tripled when out of combat for 5 seconds.
• UNIQUE Passive - Favor: Being near a minion death without dealing the killing blow grants 3 Gold and 10 Health.
• UNIQUE Active: Slows a target enemy champion's Attack Speed by 30% and Movement Speed by 10% for 3 seconds (60 seconds cooldown)(~650 range).

I don't have any for the other two yet, but this one is supposed to help against mean, fed Marksmen, when you're only a helpless Soraka that took Ancient Coin to have more sustain and mobility in lane :(
It really is regrettable though, that there is so much diversity in the Support role aside from the things you're forced to do, like picking Sightstone or one of the 3 Support items, which have pre-determined build paths regardless of the outcome of your lane.
Another 'solution' (buff) could be that Supports are allowed to switch out their tier 1 gold items for free (there being a certain cooldown, though).
