I don't trust the Evelynn rework if it comes from the galio team

My favorite champion is and I play her as a burst AP assasin. My worry is that well, it's not about her being viable after. In fact i'm pretty sure that's going to be mine and every other eve player's issue. They tried too hard to make viable that they destroyed the champion completely. The game isn't desperate for viable champions as the game shifts balance so will viable champions they don't need a desperate kit. Now looking at and this team knows whats up. Viable or not they still feel like the same champion and will be fun to play they feel updated and modern not replaced which is my worry with evelynn, in fact i'm not even worried I already know evelynn is going to be gone for good this year. Probably have a stun, gap closer or some weird sky summoning minion that will take over the enemy adc or something. I expect anything from her update, except an update. I expect replacement.

I had to vent this just to get it out there, I really enjoy playing eve and this joy will end this year. I know I have no merit complaining about it either considering this is their game and obviously not mine, i'm just a player that enjoys using their property. Just wish to see my babe live. As an Eve player she doesn't need to be in the e-sports spotlight, she just needs an update and modernize her kit to stay mostly the same gameplay wise and be less toxic to play against and more rewarding to take risks. But I feel evelynn will come out as an AP tank ward.
