Announcer packs. Themed HUD skins for Demacia, Noxus, Zaun, Piltover, Ionia, Shadow Isles, Shurima and Freljord. Map/weather packs (changing the skin of Summoner's Rift or the weather on your PC alone)
So please stop balancing #LC$BIGPLAY$.
There's alot more ways to make more money off league.

For the others, it would take too much time and man power to do so. Huds could affect the new coding they just did as well.
