Veigar's stun was larger (could do it from farther away) than Annie's and had a greater chance of wiping someone off the board than Annie.
They just nerfed Gragas and are more than likely keeping an eye on him.
Listening to PBE discussion doesn't mean taking orders from people.
I'm not sure what you're even talking about on the last one.
