Titanic Hydra or Black Cleaver?

So I read the patch notes about this new item and I'm just wondering what are the pros vs cons if you switch out black cleaver for titanic hydra? would titanic hydra be good on riven?

The only health Riven builds, if she even builds any, is from Black Cleaver.

So no, Titanic Hydra is probably shit on her. Titanic Hydra I think is going to be more for health-stacking bruisers who auto attack a lot. It should be pretty beastly on Volibear or Dr. Mundo.

Black Cleaver. CDR and armor shred are infinitely more valuable on Riven.

I played a lot of ad casters and assassins and built them with t. hydra, bc, dmp and any old fourth item along the lines of gage or mallet...it can get nutty on Riven, Rengar, Talon, Zed, Wukong, Yasuo, etc.

Basically you can still gib squishies while being tanky as all hell. It's up to you. Either way you'll have 300 AD. Keep in mind the cooldown for t. hydra's active is 20 seconds though.

Well with TH, BC, DMP, Warmong, that new item that gives base ad and spirit visage you will have around 300 AD and lots of HP and cdr capped, but you will do less dmg and have no life steal and lower shield.
