well the most damage fervor can do in 1 hit is 35 and that is with the bonus from double edged sword, maxed bounty hunter and merciless with you being under 40% health. at 35 damage per hit it would take ~9.5 hits, so that means lucian managed to auto you around 10 times in under 2 seconds all while you were under 40% health. That or death recap is f'ed up.
Personally i think death recap just sucks, I wouldn't trust it for anything more than generally who did the most damage and of what type.
