So my 2 biggest weaknesses are decision making and csing. How to improve?

I know that I can go into a game alone and try to last hit, but it's really boring and I would much rather be getting IP in some way.

Rough. If you want to get better then you gotta train :^)

One of the most helpful things I read about cs'ing was the damage needed for minions that are taking turret hits. So if you are unaware maybe it will help you as well. (this is before you have an item) Caster minions require an AA + Tower hit + AA Melee minions require 2 tower hits + AA

Decision making is really situational (which is why most struggle with it) but I usually do a rule of thumb kinda thing;

Never chase, this means sometimes you gotta let an enemy get away with 50hp.

Going with the previously stated the only time chasing would make sense is if they're the last alive on the team BUT even then! The time that it requires for this person to back and heal and return to the field is time that you can spend taking an objective instead of trying to get 300g. So many times I see teams that get tunnel vision and 4 members are chasing 1 guy around when they could get just as much (more actually) by taking the next tier of towers, or taking a baron.

If you don't see the Jungler assume he's about to pounce on you and don't over extend your lane.

If you just won a team fight significantly and you are on the top side of the map post 20 minutes, go for baron IMMEDIATELY, but be ready to peel if the enemy jungler is not dead, better to peel off and secure another kill and not secure baron rather then to throw the game by getting a baron stolen.

Really decision making comes with time, as does cs'ing, you will gradually improve the more you play as long as you are actually trying to improve. If you are stubborn and admit no faults (which you obviously aren't) you will never improve, regardless of how much time you put into this game.

Another tip I have heard was "set goals" as in "this game Im going to try to hit x cs by x time" or as a support "I want to deny x amount" and see how close you can get. It will cause you to focus more. But always remember that losing a few cs is better than over extending, dying, and losing multiple waves.

Then don't go at it alone? Even with just 2 friends you can train on the Twisted Treeline map while getting IP.

Its also a very good map for learning map awareness and decision making since its smaller and the AI tends to use the jungle more due to the 2 capture points.

That's true, definitely need to use Twisted Treeline as a base for training.. Is this effective for any champion? or specifically for adc/last hit training?

Should work for everyone but you do have to consider that you only have a 3 man team to work with.

Twisted Treeline can feel more difficult because you only have 2 other players to fall back on in case you're not doing so well instead of 4 people being able to carry you, you really have to pull your own weight. It also means you want a solid team comp, usually a ADC/tank/mage that all can do some reliable damage and have some nice CC, everything can still work its just that the map is a lot smaller and you only have 3 people to team fight with so there's less to combo with.

Also consider setting yourself up for a easy game by choosing your own AI champs. Give the AI a terrible team comp against the champs you're going to be picking, it makes it that much easier to practice. For example, if you have all ranged champs and the enemy has none and no gap closers its a pretty damn easy lane.

Well said, thanks for the advice.

Scurb/Arkadian has some really good tip video for Golds and Bronzies a like! Use this to learn a bit, than spend a little time in game thinking about it and learning how to put it into your games.

If you wish to earn IP while learning to CS, I recommend going toplane, as any champion your comfortable with, and see if you can hit 50 cs by around 10 minutes in... Can already do that? Well see if you can beat it next game.. 9 minutes next game.. 8... 7... and so on..

Sometimes its hard to pull off but if you strive to you may be surprised. toplane is best lane for this because there's only one other person and usually they're melee.

So if you play Gnar Kennen or Teemo at toplane.. you already have range on your side to help you last hit.,

Play Swain for a little while.

You will either learn to last-hit with autoattacks or you will be OOM.
