So as most of us know, Riot has been absolutely terrible with balancing champs as of late, 
and 
to list a few, now the problem is, is that Riot has buffed/nerfed/created MANY champs to the point that they are almost perma banned, 
and 
for example, and for good reason, anyone else noticing Riot's half-assed efforts at this?
Xanit2 votesRiot has never understood game design, and it's never cared about the health of its gameplay balance. Riot only wants money, and will only rework champions that are unpopular enough to merit doing so. In reworking the champion, their first and foremost concern is to attract new players to the champion. They don't have to worry about alienating the playerbase of that champion because the champion is unpopular. See Quinn, Cassiopeia, Karma, all perfectly fine before becoming something they definitely never were. Riot only does what it does to gain popularity and profit, and to serve its high-revenue pro gameplay. The average player is never Riot's concern.

Barely 50% winrate, gap between average play and the 50 best players is within acceptable parameters (4.5% is in the usual range), and she has both winning and losing match-ups.

So a feather recall that's a burst is balanced? Also an ult that can set up for the feather recall and be invulnerable at the same time and moving is NOT balanced.

If I ever see these champions nerfed buffed or changed I'll have some faith in riot. like .1%
