Mage changes.. vs buffs @Riot

remove blue buff. it will show how crippled mages are if you do that. What is the point of jungle buffs anyway?

if they are intended to help junglers clear and give them an advantages.. giving them to laners seems to be the problem. make it so the buff is 1/2 as strong if you dont have a jungle item than. literally make it so the jungler (in pro play) isnt some glorified support for the mid laner.

if they make the jungle buffs drop an item instead of appearing on the person that last hits the thing it would change some dynamics too.

That would cause mid laners to spend more time running around the wall to pick the buff up instead of being set up for a quick grab. it would stop being cheesed to take the junglers buff.

weakening a class already dependent on management will make this even harder for new players to get into the game.

Dont address the symptom of what you want to fix. address the cause.
