Since riot seems to really enjoy this whole token system, how about instead of getting a certain victorious skin you would get a victorious token that you could use to exchange for any other previous vic skin. Feels bad knowing that I'll never get a skin for a champ that i really like just because i havent been playing ranked or even then game in that season, and instead get a skin for a champ that I barely or never play.

I mean then you wouldn't get the newest skin so it would be pretty fair
hel give a token+skin f or each tier above gold. incentivizing good behavior and improvement
