Klepto works on Illaoi spirits.

I feel shes fine. Most of the losses come from people just not knowing her strengths and weaknesses. She isnt played much and those who do play her usually have a good idea of how to play around her many weaknesses and to her many strengths. Her play rate is only 4% so that should tell you right off the bat that the stats are not to be trusted.

Shes in a fine spot atm. Has great and horrible matchups and many skill oriented matchups. She requires setup and is rewarded but it takes time. She has no escapes which means if shes caught out she has to fight or die. She is actually alot harder than most give her credit for due to them having to know how to position to avoid getting destroyed. She is slow but powerful. Having no hard cc means you have to be able to think outside the box to achieve your damage and adapt on the move to get it off against opponents that know what they're doing.

Imo she is one of the most balanced champions in the game.
