Worst Rank To Play In? [Poll]

This is a pretty loaded question because the further ELO you go up, the less players there are that have played at it. You're always going to get a skewed answer

I think any Elo can be the worst, depending on what makes you enjoy the game the most.

Lower Elo will strike you with some of the worst teammates, (higher elo isn't necessarily protected from them either)

but being at a higher elo is more stressful as any mistakes will be punished harder, you just can't play a chill game anymore, and learning new champions is a nightmare.

I'm personnaly not competitive enough, and i don't tolerate ranked stress enough to actually bother with them, but on the other hand i really wish i would muster the courage to climb so getting matched with teammates wouldn't feel like playing russian roulette anymore.

Its silver because of Riots stupidity of putting New lvl 30 accounts in Silver by default.

It means that Bronze 1 players have on average more understanding and know how then Silver 5-4 players.

This means that to get out of Silver you have to deal with always having in reality a B5 900 MMR player on your team but is counted as a 1200-1250 MMR player. Because of this you will have team matchups that are So far from balanced its not funny. Its Luck as to if you have 1-2 of these players or if the enemy team does.

This is why Duo players can get out of silver easier then SoloQ because they have one less change of bad luck to get the B5 player(s).

Coming from a Silver 5 player, It is the most toxic elo imo. There are people who think this is finals in Worlds and any mistake people make is met with insults and threats. I also see people who think they are better than they actually are by acting like they have challenger game knowledge and end up feeding their asses off. I actually have to /mute all every ranked game so I don't have to deal with this shit. On the other hand, Gold is the least toxic elo imo. When I did my placements, I was placed in a team full of gold players and they were actually pretty nice to me. One even said I was better than them which made my day.

That's my rant on why I hate silver 5.
