I've been auto filled every single game I've tried to queue as. Queue as mid/top? get support. Queue as support/mid? get jungle. It's almost as if riot actually purposely is auto filling people. Just recently I was duo with a friend of mine and we both got autofilled into the roles that werent in our primary or secondary AND those roles were the roles we both picked opposite of each other. WTF??
You're lying mate. They auto-fill system gives every player an internal number. Every time you get auto-filled, fill or play support, that number is drastically reduced. When you aren't filled or aren't playing support, this number is slightly increased. The number is used to determine how much of a chance you have of getting auto-filled. The higher the number, the higher the chance. This system in conjunction with the 2 auto-fill immunity games you get up filling or playing support and when in promos means you don't get auto-filled very often. So anyone claiming they are getting auto-filled every time they queue up is straight up lying.
If I'm to guess, you probably got auto-filled one game, fed or got stomped and now you're all emotional and looking for something to blame and decided to make this ridiculous claim as a way of venting. You do no one any favors by being hyperbolic.
They changed the autofill requirement to 2 games instead of 3, and if there's a remake, that counts. I don't know why they changed the requirement and I understand even less why they don't change the fill/support immunity to fill/jungle immunity.
