Consensus on Galio?

OP, but can be taken advantage of in certain early game situations.

He's OP status. He has ridiculously high base damage and is probably going to be as obnoxious as tank Ekko during the sunfire/iceborn/grasp meta until he gets toned down.

Like every new rework champ, he has too much power.

he is not broken, but if played properly he can easily dominate fights. just like Camille was/

imo i expect small balance changes.

his rework has been out for how long? a day? give it a least a week so people actually get used to playing against him before asking about whether or not he's OP or not

Everything new is OP. People don't know the matchups yet. Right now I'm expecting his damage to feel too high, Riot already seemed to realize this by nerfing his tank builds to nudge him more towards being a tanky mage than a pure tank.
