The OP’s idea state “movement impaired” and that applies to Ryalai’s slow. Slows are movement impairment as the victim movement speed is reduced.
Tho yes, getting to 50 AP would be dificult or at the least it won’t happen immediately without outside help.

FlowDartX1 votesId increase the recipe cost, the passive seems like itd be good on burst mages like Syndra lux or taliyah + 50 AP for 3 seconds is really all she needs to one shot any medium tank to squishy. also it makes kiting turn into a game of, who can land the first CC or even slow. ( I forgot about the implications of Teemo)

Illâoi Evê Siôn1 votesActually it's about 50 units less than Caitlyn's auto attacks. Aura range and attack range use different measurements. I doubt a Syndra or Lux would want to buy this to abuse the extra Ability Power.

SwiftKitten881 votesrylias was originally the ONLY ap + hp item without some sort of stupid drawback that only specific champs could use.
then they gutted the HP and AP instead of giving it an internal cooldown, which meant instead of making it balanced for everyone, and no longer OP from those who turned its' 1 second slow into a "slow until they die", it was only gutted so only those who were the ones abusing it could use it.
when riot nerfed it to nerfed so they took the only cost efficient AP + hp item that wasn't gated behind some bullshit thing only certain champsions can use, and made it trash. now its a waste of space UNLESS you can abuse said 1 second slow and turn it into a permaslow.
and now your trying to suggest make it into and even MORE niche item.
hell no.. not that it even matters at this point.. its already trash.. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
