Leblanc Unviable right now, I am indeed complaining and thats not because I suck

You might think Leblanc is Fine after the nerf but let me tell you this win rate dropped to oblivion. A High skill cap champion destroyed by one single nerf. The W Speed Nerf. Riot you think the W speed was used to Q,W and do 40% health and for mobility? You know Leblanc has to do good to be good in teamfight? Now she Cannot wave clear anymore because she will always get PUNISHED. She will be always PUNISHED there is not a single trade where she can be unpunished. She isn't tanky and she will get outsustain and pushed out of lane. Her teamfight is still good because if someone on her team can CC she can do damage but her 1 vs 1 laning just straight out died.

HER W is used to do many thing but they all start phase by phase. To get strong Leblanc needs Farm,CS, Kills. What helps her get all of those is her Mobility and Damage. Her core gameplay is to assassinate since she is a an assassin. An assassins is quick on their Toe and not Slow on their toe. Now that she cannot assassinate someone in a 1 vs 1 scenario this leaves her a Burst Mage. Much like veigar becomes team dependant. While Getting bullied out of lane because of the ability to not be able to farm. Here are the thing many Mid laner did to Leblanc when she tried to clear wave with her W. : Leblanc W , Ziggs E while she was traveling and she end up getting hit by all the bombs of Ziggs leaving her to around 40% hp after. Ziggs E,Q,W,Q Completly punished Leblanc and she had no way to retaliate because she was a short range champion.

: Leblanc W, Zed E,W,Q A full combo of ZEd EWQ left Leblanc to 50% hp. Not only that Zed is ressourceless.

: Leblanc W, Viktor E,Q,AA boom this hurt alot for Leblanc.

The thing is, when a champion land all their ability, it will hurt and alot.

Leblanc was able to land them with ease but not she will always get punished and will be afraid to bully anymore :<.
