Hextech reroll on champion shards

note this story was over 2 attempts, not just one

I think this automatically gives you the lowest value champion, no matter WHAT you put in the reroll boxes.

Today, I had 4 3150 champs left to get.

I bought some hextech keys and chests. I open all of them and I get 9 champion shards, so Ithink i should reroll all of them into permanent champions. I put the crappiest champs to be rerolled first, I got , then next, some 4800 and 3150s, and I get . Next, 6300 and 4800 champs. I get .

I literally SCREAMED

"WHAT THE F**K!"

I do not like this, please dear rito, change it so it is random cost, not just the lowest.
