Why does rito hate Sejuani?
It seems like the second she gets a moment in the spotlight, riot nerfs her immediately. Then they nerf her a few more times to be safe and she's back to a 48% win rate.

StoryDuck2 votesI don't think the nerfs they are proposing will hurt that much to be honest. She is going to be one of the scariest scaling tank junglers ever. 3 seconds of insane armor and MR with slow immunity is huge for late game. Adding a bit of CD timing to her passive seems very justified and she isn't losing a lot of damage for someone who can passively hit you for 20% of your max health.

StoryDuck3 votesDon't worry too much. She is still really strong by the looks of it. They just severely over-tuned her. She's getting some minor nerfs (increase passive cd at early levels) and a slight minus to her damage but it's a drop in the bucket to her passive that can deal 20% max hp magic damage.
