How much longer will Volibear have to suffer?

of these 3 champs Udyr's getting reworked very soon and Aatrox is on the horizon for supposedly the biggest rework Riot has ever done, and volibear rots, alone and sad with no news of a rework because we're doing eve and then swain and then it'll probably be mordekaiser and voli will just have to wait until 2019 for riot to give us a teaser picture of his VGU's high-poly nutsack

what i can't grasp though is if voli's got such awful, horrible design why isn't he a top priority for an overhaul? not only that but riot can't even be assed to give him a mini-update just so they can add that wonderful, heavenly glorious skill expression? you could do it to any one of his spells; it would hardly take any effort considering how absolutely basic his kit is, you could do it to ALL of them and it probably wouldn't be that hard.

it's so frustrating that nobody gives a shit, too, nobody wants to talk about how we could improve him for the time being but they're more than happy to tell you, very smugly too, that he should stay bad until he gets changed.

throw volibear a bone; stop neglecting him.
