Riot Made New Dark Harvest Worse Than Today's Dark Harvest

In the new patch they added to PBE, they removed the damage stats when you trigger Dark Harvest, and instead have you +2 dark harvest stacks instead. So now every time you proc Dark Harvest, you get 6 souls, and if you dont kill the enemy then you have to wait 40 seconds. Meanwhile with Todays Dark Harvest, 1 kill = 6 Dark Harvest, minion = 4 Dark Harvest, monster = 2 stacks. Pretty much a nerf in my books, they should just remove the Dark Harvest stack and replace it with the Damage Stat it originally had.
