Akali is SO HOT1 votesAssassins aren't allowed to see pro play. If they do then they get nerfed immediately. Riot only lets them come out as pocket picks from time to time, but if they are viable in pro play they usually get nerfed partially because of the nonstop bronze QQ

Akali is SO HOT1 votesZed's the only exception. Even then he still gets nerfed even when he doesn't see pro play. Doesn't matter right now anyway because he's complete garbage.
Talinis1 votesAll of the assassins are pretty garbage right now. Just don't provide enough to take them over literally any other type of champion. I mean, syndra and cass are something assassins would love to dumpster but really no appearances. They deserve, and will get, overall buffs in the assassin update in the form of more tools to contribute more than just damage and mobility. For example, Fizz is going to get more laning tools and initiation tools.
