The matchmaking/MMR Problem

The post is not relevant so I'll try to make a relevant comment cuz I'm feeling the same.
I made a new account, because my Gold 4 old one was permabanned (trust me, you don't want to main teemo, your teammates are toxic but you get banned, thank you RITO #1)
I'm currently struggle to get out of Silver , but it feels impossible.
The MMR SUX (thank you RITO #2). It sux not only on this patch, but 10.5 I think made something worse. For the last 3 games in a row, the enemy team had smurf players (yeah, one game with duo mmr boosting), with low ranks (Bronze-Silver), with some nice 80-100% winrate stats. Yeah, getting a 100% winrate and u're placed in a Silver game without skipping any elo is perfectly ballanced (thank you RITO #3).
Ofc when you have a 100% winrate adc on enemy team, your teammates will prefer just to go AFK or quit the game, so (thank you RITO #4) my LP went from promo to 0 just in a few hours.
Maybe someone will fix this shitty 2020 MMR system and get back the last one. I know I'm not the only one who said it's a problem with MMR, but today felt like I will search for another game. (thank you RITO #5)
