Title. Just played an ARAM and matched up against 4 ARAM only accounts that received Teemo, Veigar, Tristana, and Sivir. Super cool that you're still continuing to do fuck-all about the douche bags that buy only the best champs to play in ARAM so as to minimize their risk and RANDOMNESS of getting a shitter like Rammus, Udyr, Skarner etc...Literally its such a simple fix and you refuse to do anything about it. Your balancing doesnt work on Summoner's Rift so what makes you think you can balance Howling Abyss any better? Jesus christ.
