As with the CURRENT numbers for runes he can get:30% AS from his passive,18% from precisions bonus,30% from lethal tempo,and up to 18%,stating at 3% from legend's AS branch not to mention overheal to ignore some poke. so at that point he can reach about 70% bonus attack speed which goes up as the game goes on (that's level one without ult) with the base,without champion participation going to 60% from passive 80% from tempo 18% from rune bonus,3% from legend,and 60% from ult. basically putting that at an 220% bonus AS,with cap breaking on. all that without items seems like a huge advantage for a 1v1 with and
