do you think buffing riven is a good idea? please DONT BUFF RIVEN i know she is getting a skin and she is your golden girl but i dont like getting 1 shotted at level 2 and then get out scaled as well! why is this ok? please nerf this champ MORE dont buff her.
i see how a 52% win rate in master + champ needs a buff (no) or a 50% win rate in plat+ but dont do it

I mean it's not that hard to respect rivens power until you can actually fight her. I agree she's strong right now but as a 200K mastery EX riven player, (I stopped as soon as people could start playing her without mastering combos and the extend of her strength came from conq and spear of shojin, not actual skill and practice) it's not her that needs nerfs. It's spear of shojin and conq, these two are strong on literally any user. They make riven look more problematic than the champ itself is. Her kit was hardly touched in the 3 years ive been playing...
This patch actually nerfed her a ton with a slight buff to e.
