Why was Garen's base health nerfed again?
Yeh I don't get it. He's suppose to be tanky.

OverpoweredSoap1 votesI believe it's because he can/could recover it so quickly with his passive and warmogs. But I don't really pay attention to top lane changes that much so I could be wrong.
