Is it Bad That I use Locked Camera and Don't Attack Move?

I play champs like Eve who aren't reliant on those skills, but should I learn them anyways? My friend told me everyone in Diamond+ use unlocked camera and you can't get to challenger using locked. Is this true? How can I practice using both more efficiently (picking up Kogmaw which requires good use of both).

Locked Camera is fine if a lot of Interface junk that is displayed on your Screen either lowered or removed(ESPECIALLY HUD, lower that ASAP), as for Minimap, don't lower it, you have to use it. As for all and enemy icons(+respawn icons), move them wherever you want(also heard that emote chat is good to turn off because it won't distract you and it usually takes a decent amount of your screen space). Chat and Mouse Cursor options depend on you.

Not Attack Moving? Absolutely NOT fine. There are plenty of guides on how to use Attack Move, and that's one of the most basic aspects of ADC mechanics besides Kiting.

Not everyone in Diamond uses unlocked camera, that's for sure. (You can see this for yourself in various videos, streams...) (But it's less common, surely.)

Locked camera does limit you to a degree it can make tunnel vision a habit. But play how you wanna play dude.

man, i wish i could go back to not using atk move. my mechanics were at least 6% better than they are now.

you should definitely play with unlocked screen but hey, whatever floats your boat on that one.

Personally I have "Toggle Camera Lock" bound to spacebar, and use unlocked when I'm preparing to fight, and locked once I get into the fight, generally.

If you are going to use locked camera, then at least get in the practice of using the minimap regularly to track where your teammates and enemies are. Also learn to use the function keys to get a sense of what is going on around your team.

As for your attack move question, I would suggest that it depends on what you play. Some supports don't need to use attack move.

I've never used Attack Move.

The game is just played how you want to play it.
